- If the bedding is found to be unsanitary.
- If a product issue is caused by external issues and not due to a defect in material or workmanship.
- If the mattress is placed without a centre support rail or bed base, Bed&Co is not responsible for the damage caused to the mattress. Our warranty is not applicable to this situation.

- If the items are soiled or unhygienic.
- Reasons such as comfortability, dissatisfaction, feel or performance are not considered defects and are not covered by the warranty.

- When buying a mattress, ensure that it matches your bed base. Misalignment can cause potential damage to the product which will not be covered under our warranty.
Disclaimer
- The sagging and bunching of the top panel fabric are normal because of its elasticity, which extends through the foam due to user weight. In this situation, this is not a manufacturing defect. The foam and fabric will come back to the original shape over time once the mattress is not in use.
- The mattress upholstery is intended to provide cushioning and comfort. Mattresses may show body impressions when upholstery settles, which is not a structural defect. It will not be covered under warranty due to this reason.
- On usage, the mattress panel may tend to become loose, which is not a manufacturing defect.
